    Dr. Scott Primack is a board-certified physiatrist with more than 33 years of experience in neuromusculoskeletal medicine, diagnostic testing, ultrasound-guided procedures, and physician-led metabolic and hormone optimization. His clinical work integrates movement, recovery, and long-term health strategies to help patients improve strength, reduce pain, and restore function.

    A respected educator and former assistant clinical professor at the University of Colorado School of Health Sciences, Dr. Primack brings evidence-based care, clear communication, and an individualized approach to every patient. His philosophy is simple: address the root cause, support the whole person, and prioritize sustainable results.

    Patient Operations

    Brittany is the heart of PMR’s patient experience—coordinating intake, ordering labs, and guiding patients from first contact through their treatment plans with empathy and expertise. A lifelong athlete and former competitive swimmer turned CrossFit coach, Brittany understands recovery and performance from the inside out. Her movement-first mindset helps patients feel seen, supported, and confident in their wellness journey.

    Finance & Operations

    Brandy keeps PMR’s operations running smoothly, managing finances, systems, and patient payment workflows with precision and care. She’s the behind-the-scenes problem-solver who connects all the dots so the clinical team can focus on what matters most—patients. Outside of work, Brandy brings the same dedication to her role as event coordinator for a local animal sanctuary, where she’s often found spending time with her favorite water buffalo.

  • Maci Jones

    Nutrition & Wellness Counseling

    Maci Jones is a senior at Texas Christian University studying Dietetics with a minor in General Business. Originally from Golden, Colorado, she has a strong background in athletics, having played collegiate soccer before transitioning into weight training, cycling, and yoga. Maci is a certified personal trainer and is passionate about nutrition, strength, and sustainable wellness.

    She brings a supportive, education-driven approach to PMR Wellness, helping patients build habits around food, metabolism, and lifestyle. Maci also hosts My Verbal Journal: Let’s Chat, a podcast focused on nutrition, fitness, and mental health. She is excited to contribute her expertise and energy to the PMR Wellness team.
